TDI - (Toluene diisocyanate) T-100 (CAS: 584-84-9) Pure 2,4’-toluene diisocyanate (TDI). As a raw material for polyurethane coatings and adhesives. With T-100 containing more than 99% 2,4-isomer in its structure, The product is sensitive to moisture and heat. It should be protected against contact with atmospheric moisture. Higher storage temperatures for prolonged periods may result in discoloration or the formation of insoluble deposits. The product crystallizes partially or fully at temperatures below 22 °C. However, careful melting at up to 50 °C will reliquify the product without any detrimental effect on its quality. Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI T100) has a pungent odour. It is a chemical that is colourless and has a pale-yellow colour. It is a flammable liquid. Toluene di isocyanate (TDI T100) is an organic compound with the formula CH3C6H3 (NCO) 2. It is sold in 250 kg barrel packaging.
